This policy explains what information Pipette & Pencil Co. ("we") collects through this website and how it is used. This is a plain-language template; it is not legal advice.
Information we collect
- Purchases. Checkout is handled by our payment and delivery provider (Stripe). They collect your name, email, payment and billing details under their own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, the product purchased and the order details — never your full card number.
- Email signup. If you request our free printable, we collect your email address through our email provider, to send the printable and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep the message to answer you.
- Basic analytics. Our host may record standard, aggregated technical data (pages visited, browser type, approximate country). We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase, provide support, send emails you asked for and improve the site. We don't sell or rent personal information.
Sharing
Only with service providers needed to run the shop (payment/delivery platform, email provider, web host), or when required by law.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing johnndavis@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
