Digital products
All products are digital PDF downloads. Nothing physical is shipped. After payment, files are delivered instantly by our checkout provider (Stripe), which also processes payment and, where applicable, collects sales tax or VAT.
License
Your purchase grants a personal license for use in one household, or by one teacher in one classroom. You may print as many copies as you need for that use. You may not resell, share, upload, sublicense or redistribute the files or their content, including in edited form. All designs and text are © Pipette & Pencil Co..
Refunds
Because files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final. However, we want you to be happy: if a file is damaged, missing, won't open or won't print correctly, email johnndavis@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. We'll fix the file, send a replacement or issue a refund. Accidental duplicate purchases of the same product are refunded on request. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Accuracy & safety
Educational content is provided for general information. Lab templates don't replace your institution's notebook or data-integrity policy. Budget planners are not financial advice. Kids' experiments require adult supervision at all times; you are responsible for safe use.
Liability
Products are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
